How can you figure out which version of Outlook you are using?

To figure out which version of Outlook you are using:

  1. If you think you are using Outlook 2013

    1. At the top left corner of your screen you will have a 'File' tab. Click on that.

    2. You should see an 'Office Account' submenu to your left. Click on that.

    3. At the right-hand side, at the bottom you will see an 'About Outlook' button.

    4. The first line at the top will confirm for you, you are using Outlook 2013

  2. If you think you are using Outlook 2010

    1. Click 'File' in the top left hand corner.

    2. Now click 'Help'. The version type will be displayed on the right hand side.

  3. If you think you are using Outlook 2007

    1. Start Outlook.

    2. On the 'Help' menu, click 'About Microsoft Office Outlook'.
